ChemBlok – High Chemical Resistance from CR MAX^TM Coating

Material

ChemBlok translucent roofing and walling are manufactured from chemical resistance premium quality Australian Standard polyester resin system reinforced with Anti-static high quality glass fibre distributed evenly by using Distribution Disc Technology. Top surface coated with DuraFilm providing protection against UV and surface erosion. Bottom surface coated with 130 microns of CR MAX providing excellent chemical resistance. The product is certified to Australian Standard AS 4256.3 : 2006 by SAI Global Licence No.SMKB20629 and Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) 612-2549 certified by Ministry of Industry. Weight shall be 2400 gsm. Its colors are available in Alloy Grey and Opal color. The product shall come with Ampelite maximum 20 years warranty for water penetration.

The qualified product is certified for

1. Surface Testing according to Australian Standard AS 1580.481.0:1991 with Altrac System
2. Surface Testing according to Australian Standard ASTM G154 with Minimum period 2,000 hrs
3. Solar properties Testing according to ASTM E903-96 and ISO 9050 from reliable institute
   • Alloy Grey : Light transmission at 0% and Shading Co-efficient at 0.12
   • Opal color : Light transmission at 54% and Shading Co-efficient at 0.53
4. The product would be produced by Thai manufacturer certified to Australian Standard
