SEALEX DuraGel – Provide Natural Light and More Durable from DuraGel Coating

Material

SEALEX DuraGel translucent roofing and walling are manufactured by Ampelite Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from high quality Australian Standard polyester resin system reinforced with anti-static high quality glass fibre distributed evenly by using Distribution Disc Technology. Top surface coated with DuraGel 100 microns thick providing protection against UV and surface erosion (fibre shown). Bottom surface coated with DuPont MELINEX® film to protect against erosion from within the building. The product is certified to Australian Standard AS 4256.3 : 2006 by SAI Global License No.SMKB20629 and Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) 612-2549 by Ministry of Industry.

Weight shall be 2400 gsm. Its colors are available in Opal and Ice Clear color.

The qualified product is certified for

1. Surface Testing according to ASTM G154 with Minimum period 1,000 hrs
2. Solar properties Testing according to ASTM E903-96 and ISO 9050 from reliable institute
   • Opal color : Light transmission at 54%, Heat transmission at 47% and Shading Co-efficient at 0.53
   • Ice Clear color : Light transmission at 70%, Heat transmission at 70% and Shading Co-efficient at 0.79
3. The product would be produced by Thai manufacturer certified to Australian Standard AS 4256.3 : 2006
4. The product is certified to Australian Standard AS 4256.3:2006 and Thai Industrial Standard TIS 612-2549
