Material

WebGlas translucent roofing and walling are manufactured from premium quality Australian Standard polyester resin reinforced with Ampelite Web Matt to support heavy life load resistance. Two layers of top surface coated with 130 microns of MAXIL® Shield and DuPont MELINEX® film providing excellent resistance to UV and surface erosion. Bottom surface coated with DuPont MELINEX® film to protect against erosion from within the building. The product is certified to Australian Standard AS 4256.3 : 2006 by SAI Global License No.SMKB20629 and Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) 612-2549 by Ministry of Industry. Weight shall be 3660 gsm. Its colors are available in Opal and Ice Clear color.

The qualified product is certified for

1. Surface Testing according to Australian Standard AS 1580.481.0:1991 with Altrac System
2. Surface Testing according to Australian Standard ASTM G154 with Minimum period 2,000 hrs
3. Concentrated Load Testing according to Australian Standard AS 1562.1:1992 and AS4040.1:1992 with Minimum 240 kg/m2 (up to its profile and span)
4. Wind Load Testing for non-Cyclone regions according to Australian Standard AS/NZS 4040.2:1996
5. Impact (Sandbag)Testing according to Australian Standard AS 2424-1991 Appendix C
6. The product would be produced by Thai manufacturer certified to Australian Standard
